If, for any reason, you are no longer eligible to graduate or you no longer wish to attend your Graduation Ceremony, please contact the Student Records Office on +44 (0) 1786 467054.

If you wish to be included in a future ceremony please send a letter to that effect – accompanied by all the tickets – and your name will be removed.  Your fee will be held over to the next ceremony.

If you wish to graduate in absentia please send a letter to that effect – accompanied by all the tickets – and your name will be removed.  Your fee will be part refunded, that is, £45.00 less the £15.00 in absentia fee. You will receive a refund of £30.00.

If you wish a refund you must return the standard allocation and/or extra tickets, in good order, no less than 7 days before the ceremony.
